Had an amazing Easter stay at a Japanese resort, surrounded by serene nature and complete peace. the open air Onsen was the highlight of our trip, giving us a chance to relax and rejuvenate. We also loved the snack bar with complimentary sparkling wine and beer, and the coffee shop with foot Onsen. Location was perfect, with easy GPS directions and scenic drives.
The restaurant menu is not available in English, and staff members did not have much knowledge of the English language, making it difficult for us to communicate sometimes. Ordering dinner was also a bit tricky, as we were not sure what we were getting.

The hotel had a serene atmosphere with beautiful surroundings, which was perfect for my business trip. The rooms were both clean and comfortable and I enjoyed the free snacks and drinks offered. the service was impeccable with a personal touch.
Although the atmosphere was peaceful, the location was a bit out of the way and required a drive to get to. the language barrier was difficult to overcome as the staff only spoke Japanese which made it a bit challenging for communication.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was professional and provided excellent service. The hotel was located in a lovely, peaceful location, and the open-air onsen was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious, and we particularly enjoyed the option to have breakfast and dinner in our own room. Additionally, the hotel provided free snacks and drinks, and the coffee shop with foot onsen was a unique experience.
Nothing, all excellent.
